How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, even if it has been opened, for a full refund or store credit.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
Yes, sustainability is core to Simplist. Our bottles are made from recyclable glass or PCR plastic, and our shipping boxes are printed with soy-based inks on 100% recycled cardboard.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working hard to bring Simplist to more countries soon. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout.
Are Simplist products safe for sensitive skin?
